Ask The Spiritual Mom
Posted on Monday, June 15, 2009 at 5:00am
I frequently receive emails, letters, and phone calls from women asking mentoring/mommy types of questions—everything from spiritual topics such as how to choose a mentor or how to teach kids to pray, to more "life" questions like tips on potty training or dealing with a rebellious teen. Since many of the topics would be helpful to other women, I'm going to answer them here on my blog. Sort of like "Dear Abby," but instead it will be "Dear Mom."

If I don’t know the answer I will find out from an expert. I will open it up for other women to share their experiences as well by leaving comments.

But encourage one another daily, as long as it is called Today, (Hebrews 3:13).

Starting this Thursday I will post a question/comment that has been sent or posted. Please leave your questions in the comment area and I will get to each one as quickly as possible. I may answer more than one in a post.

If you want to ask something that is more private and rather it not be posted, feel free. Just let me know it’s a private question.

I look forward to hearing from you and all us sharing our experiences and knowledge.

I helped my 1 year old son Joseph potty train by putting cheerios in his potty. It also helped him aim better. His goal 2 aim at those cheerios was a victory 4 th eboth of us, lol...
